Make a delicious Chocolate Brownie in a Mug in just two minutes! ( Well maybe three minutes! )
I have just found this yummy recipe and have made it for the first time. It is gorgeous! Really chocolatey and gooey!
It will only take a few minutes in total, to make and bake – so it won’t be long before you are eating your own mug of brownie.
As an extra, I put a few chocolate chips/morsels in to the mixture and mixed them in just before microwaving.
You could serve it up with some whipped cream on top to make it extra special or a light dusting of sugar!
Chocolate Brownie in a Mug Ingredients -
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 pinch/dash of salt
- 4 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
- 4 tablespoons all-purpose flour
Directions to make Chocolate Brownie in a Mug -
In a 12 oz coffee mug, add water, butter, vanilla and dash of salt. Whisk well.
Add cocoa powder, whisk well. Add sugar, whisk well. Add flour, whisk well.
Microwave for 60 to 90 seconds. The centre should be slightly runny. Be careful not to overcook it.
Enjoy and tuck-in with a spoon. Careful the brownie will be hot!
