………What a busy, busy day again today! I visited the Reindeer today to see how they all were and if they were getting ready for the big night! Head Elf Ned and Elf Candy have been doing a splendid job looking after them all this year. The Reindeer are very merry and their hooves are sparkling with magic! It must be all that secret magic reindeer feed they have been eating. I do so wonder what Head Elf Ned puts into that special feed? 

Head Elf Ned did have a very funny tale to tell me…… do you remember me telling you about two naughty elves last year, Elf Muggins and Elf Tupney? Well, it turns out that the two mischievous elves had been sent to work helping in the stables as a punishment for a naughty incident that they had caused in the Bouncy-Ball Room! One day when they were feeding the Reindeer their magic feed, they thought that it would be particularly amusing to sample some themselves as it smelt quite appealing! Well Head Elf Ned tells me that the outcome to Elf Muggin’s and Elf Tupney’s sneaky feast was that they spent just over a whole day stuck to the roof of the stables and unable to eat any cookies or drink any milk as they could not be reached! And to make the whole incident even more hilarious, when the magic feed did finally wear off and Elf Muggin’s and Elf Tupney finally came back down to the ground, it was to land on top of a very large pile of reindeer poop!

I have to tell you I laughed so much that my sides ached! What a fitting end to their naughty little adventure!
