Santa’s Diary – 10th December 2011

10th December 2011

………My oh my! Christmas has been saved! We are all eternally grateful to Nanuk, King of the Snow Bear’s and indeed all of the Snow Bear’s and to show them how grateful we are, we held an enormous party back at the village! 

We had lashings of hot chocolate, mulled wine for Mrs Claus and myself, platter upon platter of hot chewy cookies, an ice cream tower with every multi-coloured topping under the sun and sauce and marshmallows dripping down the sides and lots more! 

The elves had struck up the band and Christmas music was ringing all around the village! Much to everybody’s delight we had found a huge box of fireworks that were lighting up the nights sky, and they were magic fireworks, so they were doing amazing things in the sky. One was my sleigh with reindeer’s and all and a snowman dancing with his candy cane. But as a grand finally to the firework show, Nanuk appeared roaring in the firework laden sky!

I imagine that this party will carry on long into the night! I bet it will be a quiet day in the workshops tomorrow!
