Hi viewers
What a busy day! I made another batch of those Christmas Pudding sweets today, no sooner than I had made them, did they started to disappear one by one. There are only two sweets left now!
Have you tried making the Christmas Pudding sweets yet?

……..The majority of the work from here until Christmas Eve is based around the Departure Hall and the Wrapping Department. There are stacks of festive wrapping paper, tissue paper, bows, ribbons and tinsel piled up high in the Wrapping Department. About half of all the Elves at the North Pole are now in this Department wrapping every shape and size of toy you can imagine in a multitude of different coloured Christmas wrapping papers! They work in about two hundred short conveyor belt type production teams. Needless to say, it is a very big Wrapping Department! One Elf wraps the parcel, one seals the parcel and one decorates the parcel with the bows, ribbons and tinsel. They work at such speed and the finished parcels are such a stunning sight to behold. From here they place the finished presents into massive sacks where they are placed in Country, Town, address, house number and child’s name order so that when I take the presents from the sack I have exactly the right presents at exactly the right houses! It is a very complex process and one which I am more than happy to let my team of Senior Elves oversee, after all they have managed perfectly for many hundreds of years now…….
Until tomorrow dear diary
