Santa’s Diary – 6th December 2011
6th December 2011
……… Tomorrow is our annual Snowman Building Competition! Even with the meteorite worries on all of our minds, we are all still doing our best to keep busy and the excitement for the competition is building. I have seen many a young elf out practicing their techniques and picking suitable clothing to dress their Snowman. As always there is the odd rascal or two, whom are making the Snowmen using just a little dash of magic to liven things up! The Naughty Elves Muggins and Tupney, along with their friend Elf Bertie, are having the time of their life! The last I saw of them they had brought their Snowman to life and the Snowman was chasing them around the village square throwing snowballs at the naughty threesome as fast as lightning!
I asked Head Elf Ned to take Prancer out today and see if there was any sign of more Snow Bears heading towards The North Pole. To my delight he said he saw many Snow Bears heading our way with great urgency. And, most intriguingly of all, he noticed some very, very large paw prints in the fresh snowfall. Oh how I do hope it is Nanuk King of the Snow Bears. Let us cross our fingers!
Roll on tomorrow! Snowmen and hopefully Snow Bears galore…………….
Merry Christmas to all, and to all a goodnight!
Until tomorrow dear diary
